Amazon Scraping provides web data extraction services. All service scopes, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work commences. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use extracted data only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to extract private, login-protected, or personally identifiable information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of data complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Data Ownership

Scraped data extracted on your behalf is delivered to you for your exclusive use. We do not retain, resell, or share client-specific datasets with other parties.

4. Accuracy

We maintain a 99.5% data accuracy rate through automated validation. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy as Amazon data changes rapidly. We will re-extract data to correct systematic errors at no charge.

5. Confidentiality

All project details, data requirements, and deliverables are treated as confidential. We will sign an NDA upon request before project discussions begin.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project. Work begins upon payment confirmation. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project in question. We are not liable for decisions made based on extracted data or for consequential damages.
